Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Proven experience in retail and/or strategic consulting, in product and purchasing/buying areas.
Strong experience in category management, planning, supplier negotiation and product performance analysis. Strong results orientation, analytical mindset and ability to make data
and market trend-driven decisions.
Track record implementing management routines, KPIs and performance rituals.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to operational efficiency, data analysis, demand forecasting and process optimization, with a focus on continuous learning.
