About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate training programs end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder collaboration
Administer onboarding for new hires (learning accounts, system access, LMS setup)
Manage LMS operations, including user management, content uploads, and reporting
Support training delivery logistics (materials, virtual/physical rooms, speakers, IT/HR coordination)
Maintain accurate training records, attendance data, feedback, and analytics reports
Coordinate training communications and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities
Maintain knowledge management systems and ensure content accuracy
Provide administrative support for quality processes, call calibrations, and reporting
Arrange travel and logistics related to training when required
Requirements
Experience in an administrative, coordination, or project-based role (essential)
Background in Learning & Development or quality support is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in international or cross-border environments is a plus
