Manage all aspects of various worldwide tax projects, including analyzing relevant tax law for tax planning transactions;
Working with foreign and domestic tax advisors to understand relevant tax rules;
Partnering with multiple business units to understand both domestic and foreign tax implications;
Reviewing financial models to illustrate the tax consequences of various alternatives
Work with Governmental Affairs, Investor Relations, and Communications to promote the Company's legislative priorities and assist with communications
Communicate complex technical tax issues to Senior Management and internal/external stakeholders
Negotiate, draft and review tax provisions in deal documents
Prepare and review technical tax memoranda
Manage and develop team members
