Support analytics teams in applying model and responsible AI governance principles such as fairness, transparency, explainability and accountability.
Participate in developing, updating and sharing standards, processes, tools and best practices governing the model life cycle.
Help identify and assess model risks (such as risks related to performance, bias and improper use) and recommend mitigation measures.
Contribute to the ethical assessment of analytical projects, particularly those involving personal information.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (data science, IT, legal, security, personal information protection, etc.) to ensure consistency and alignment of practices.
Help develop processes and internal validation/control practices, documents and model monitoring.
Monitor best practices, regulatory frameworks and trends in AI and model governance.
Provide training and awareness activities on advanced analytics risks and responsible AI principles.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, artificial intelligence, risk management or a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in a role related to advanced analytics, AI, governance or risk management
Experience in model validation or auditing
Knowledge of French is required
Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Law 25, Artificial Intelligence and Data Act, etc.)
Knowledge of personal information protection principles as applied to analytics
Familiarity with technical, ethical and regulatory issues related to models and AI
