Plan and oversee new product launches across SBDs multiple strategic business units
Lead and execute comprehensive segment specific marketing/development plan
Develop demand and sales of products by investigating and resolving customer problems
Work with cross functional team to clearly establish deadlines and new product roadmaps
Drive for simplified, effective procedures when launching new product
Responsible for educating and communicating to the salesforce on new product

Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred)
10+ years of in sales, marketing or related field
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization
Skilled at building and aligning a team to the overall strategic plan of the group
Ability to collaborate with the appropriate internal team members to resolve problems
