Associate Accountant

Role Overview

• hands-on training across various operational accounting roles within the Poultry segment
• exposure to both Poultry Live Production Accounting and Poultry Plant Accounting
• approximately nine months of experience in Complex and/or Plant Accounting operations
• responsibilities for financial closing and reporting
• supervisory duties and comprehensive understanding of the business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 6+ month’s work experience preferred but not required
• standard computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• SAP experience is a plus
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team
• ability to set priorities and coordinate with others
