Create, write, and distribute internal communications for corporate audiences and store teams, tailoring language and channel to each audience
Manage available communication channels: in-store bulletin boards, corporate TVs, WhatsApp groups and email
Standardize and ensure communications in stores are kept up to date
Support the development of communication governance
Organize recurring internal communication rituals, including agenda planning with partner areas and logistics for decorations, food and beverages
Organize occasional employee engagement/endomarketing events
Support the organizational culture project, serving as a communications reference

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields
Previous experience in internal communication, endomarketing or corporate communication
Experience organizing and producing corporate events
Familiarity with creating content for different channels and audiences
Excellent writing skills: you must be able to write well for very different audiences — from executives to store associates
Proficiency with basic design tools (Canva or similar) for producing communication materials
Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines
Ability to work autonomously while following strategic guidance
Nice-to-haves (not required, but highly valued):
Knowledge of LMS platforms and employee engagement tools
Experience managing corporate social media or employer branding
Experience in companies with distributed operations
Intermediate Spanish
