Support the lifecycle management of technology initiatives.
Track project phases and statuses, ensuring information is kept up to date.
Monitor compliance with governance gates.
Support monitoring of portfolio progress.
Consolidate project status information.
Assist in preparing materials for forums and executive committees.
Record meeting decisions and action items.
Ensure organization and historical records of strategic information.
Support management of exceptions and initiatives outside standard workflows.
Maintain and update portfolio information.
Ensure data is complete and up to date in systems.
Assist users with correct data entry.
Assist in organizing project documents and records.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related areas.
Previous experience with projects, PMO, or administrative routines.
Basic knowledge of agile methodologies or project management.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Experience in process organization or controls.
