Conduct periodic project Quality Assurance (QA) reviews, ensuring adherence to PMO processes, methodologies, and policies.
Perform recurring project analyses using the DOM tool and financial dashboards, consolidating information, metrics, and reports to support decision-making.
Support escalation of risks, deviations, and points of attention to Operations and PMO leadership.
Serve as the focal point for support to users of project management tools, addressing queries and ensuring correct use of processes and systems.
Plan, develop, and deliver periodic training on PMO processes, governance, and tools, including onboarding for new users and refresher training.
Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities for processes, tools, reports, dashboards, and automations, contributing to increased PMO efficiency and maturity.
Prepare and keep up-to-date PMO documentation, procedures, presentations, and guidelines, ensuring publication and version control in official repositories and the corporate Wiki.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies (traditional, hybrid, or agile).
Strong analytical skills for assessing project risks, metrics, and performance.
Critical thinking and systems thinking.
Basic knowledge of Power BI.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (analyses, reports, and executive presentations).
