Act as a Business Analyst for Supply Chain Finance initiatives (drawee risk), with a focus on the regulatory 'Duplicata Escritural' initiative.
Serve as a strong facilitator between the Product team and Technology areas (local third-party software vendors and global internal technology providers).
Coordinate multiple deliveries simultaneously.
Be involved in technical analyses related to software solutions.
Work with teams across different countries and time zones (e.g., Brazil, United States).
Work closely with the Supply Chain Finance product team to anticipate changes and influence requirements related to Brazil.
Be able to deliver executive-level presentations to different groups and levels.
Proactively identify solutions and improvements for this highly regulated and complex environment.
Act as an escalation point and technical liaison for the Supply Finance product.
Serve as a team builder and maintain productive interactions and exchanges with other technology groups.
Act as the focal point for Supply Chain Finance change requests (GMUD/CRQ).
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese and English. 70% of meetings are in English; fluency is required.
Extensive experience in Supply Chain (risco sacado/drawee risk) or Lending products.
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
Experience with SQL Server databases. Ability to create and debug queries.
Experience with web-based system architecture on Windows.
Strong knowledge of REST API-based applications.
Prior experience providing support in the banking technology industry.
Experience delivering projects with Agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum) and using tools such as JIRA.
Advanced analytical skills to decompose business problems and define actionable solutions.
Experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Ability to recommend solutions that ensure alignment with the business unit’s direction, strategy, and priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact with diverse technical and business teams around the world.
