Manage LAN, WAN, internet links, VPNs, firewalls and IVR systems, performing operational, maintenance and infrastructure evolution activities with focus on performance, scalability and security.
Configure and administer firewalls at an advanced level, defining security policies, network segmentation and traffic control, with emphasis on data protection and regulatory compliance.
Manage omnichannel contact center platforms, including licensing, connectivity, call recording, IVR curation and evolution, with a focus on call retention using Artificial Intelligence.
Manage administrative telephony systems, including IP telephony and PABX systems, performing advanced configurations, technical support and integration with contact center platforms.
Implement advanced monitoring and observability strategies, using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana and Prometheus to ensure full visibility of the infrastructure and early detection of failures.
Establish information security and compliance policies, working on risk management, technical audits and the definition of access controls and data protection measures.
Lead continuous improvement and technological transformation programs, driving modernization, standardization and operational cost reduction initiatives.
Act as a technical consultant to business and IT areas, translating needs into robust and sustainable infrastructure solutions, promoting innovation and strategic alignment.
Produce and review strategic and technical documentation, such as architectures, contingency plans, operational manuals and audit reports.
Manage critical environments with a focus on business continuity, coordinating disaster recovery strategies and resilience testing.
Lead third-level support and technical crisis management, handling the resolution of complex incidents and interfacing with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge in configuring LAN, WAN and VPNs, with the ability to define architectures, perform complex troubleshooting and implement high-availability and secure solutions.
Solid experience monitoring internet links, using specialized tools such as Zabbix, Grafana and Prometheus for performance analysis, identification of instability patterns and application of strategic corrective actions.
Advanced knowledge in configuring, operating and optimizing corporate Wi‑Fi networks, including coverage planning, spectrum analysis, advanced security and integration with authentication systems.
Advanced knowledge in administration of IP telephony and PABX systems to perform configurations, integrations and support for administrative telephony and IVR.
Advanced knowledge of contact center IVR solutions and integration of these platforms with APIs and external calls.
Expertise in configuring and maintaining firewalls (Palo Alto, FortiGate, Check Point), working with advanced security policies, network segmentation, VPNs, traffic inspection and regulatory compliance.
Advanced knowledge of networking and connectivity with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), participating in integration, security, automation and resource optimization projects in hybrid environments.
Advanced knowledge of budgeting processes and monitoring consumption forecasts and cost allocation models.
Advanced experience with high-availability environments, including configuration and maintenance of clusters, load balancing and business continuity strategies.
Analytical, proactive and collaborative profile, with excellent communication, technical leadership skills and the ability to work across infrastructure, development and security teams.
Fluent technical reading in English, with the ability to interpret complex documentation, collaborate with international communities and evaluate global solutions.
