- Follow up on Investment and Retirement client requests
- Support advisors and sales partners
- Perform various calculations and compilations related to quote requests
- Communicate with external advisors
- Carry out general administrative tasks
- Process various transactions in designated computer systems
- Greet visitors and respond to information requests
Requirements
- College diploma
- A life/personal insurance license is an asset
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
