Ensure a thorough support and follow-up at all stages of the Customer Relation
General enquiries upstream, selling process and after-sale service with customers throughout different media channels
Answering incoming calls and enquiries for any requests
Handling and qualifying incoming complaints
Transform Direct (Individual customers) and Indirect (agencies) traffic into sales and provide high quality of customer service
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field
Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers
Must be a strong communicator
Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
