About this role
Role Overview
Identify and research potential prospects within enterprise and large enterprise segments.
Generate leads through outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
Engage prospects using consultative selling techniques to understand their business challenges.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives.
Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate EROAD’s value proposition.
Manage and prioritise sales opportunities in Salesforce.com.
Requirements
Strong leadership capability with experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
Proven experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles in competitive markets.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com for pipeline management and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior executives and key stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
