Examine data sets to draw meaningful conclusions, identifying trends and patterns in complex data.
Design processes to ensure data integrity, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
Build complex reports from existing databases to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers in designing and implementing systems for data collection and end-user reporting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requests, gather requirements, and document specifications.
Control, analyse, and communicate approved changes to requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and overall effectiveness of BI processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or similar.
A minimum of at least 5 years in a similar role (or a relevant position in a related field).
Passion for data and its fundamental ability to create value.
Proven experience in data analysis.
Knowledge of SQL Databases and Query Creation.
Experience using Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Detail oriented and inquisitive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think abstractly beyond basic data requirement.
Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with various audiences.
