High-level responsibility for account retention and solicitation of major depository relationships of customers and prospects within an assigned market segment
Generates a high level of new business in respective industry/industries through new customer acquisition and cross-selling bank products and services
Prepares highly complex proposals and proformas for new services sold to assigned customers and prospects
Conducts sophisticated analyses of pricing requests for assigned and prospective customers
Maintains a complex portfolio of highly-significant customers and provides leadership in assuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Organizes, directs and implements an effective written account retention program for each customer
Develops significant professional relationships with assigned high-value customers and prospects
Monitors and updates customer profiles that are maintained in ESB
Ensures compliance with bank policies relative to Regulatory Compliance such as the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act, Privacy Act and Regulations Q & X
Requirements
Requires a degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S.)
Minimum of five to ten years of sales and relationship management experience
Extensive working knowledge of marketing and sales techniques of the Bank's products and their benefit to customers
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) accreditation required
Excellent knowledge of cash management products and services
Must have excellent knowledge of Bank's AAA and Deposit Profitability system
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent PC skills
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ESB, Proposal Library and other PC applications
Ability to work independently and provide leadership
