Role Overview
Execute the M365 adoption strategy and roadmap defined by the Adoption Lead, ensuring programs are delivered on time and at high quality
Support enterprise rollout and expansion of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Viva
Act as a trusted front-line enablement resource for users across business functions, responding to questions and guiding users through real-world productivity scenarios
Run and maintain one or more Champions Programs (Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, etc.), including onboarding, communications, cadence management, and engagement tracking
Support champions with enablement materials, talking points, demos, and best practices so they can confidently support adoption in their business units
Own creation of high-quality enablement content, including: Quick reference guides and how-to documentation, Short-form videos, demos, and visual walkthroughs, Announcements and adoption campaigns, Use-case spotlights and success stories
Develop and manage a content calendar for user communications across: Viva Engage, SharePoint resources sites, Enterprise announcements, Training and event promotion
Deliver engaging, user-friendly training sessions, demos, office hours, and workshops (virtual and in-person)
Provide hands-on guidance for users adopting Copilot and M365 tools—answering “how do I” questions and helping users apply tools to daily work
Partner closely with the Adoption Lead, engineering teams, and governance stakeholders to stay aligned on features, guardrails, and messaging
Requirements

5 years of experience in user enablement, adoption, training, change management, or digital workplace roles
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform (Power Automate; familiarity with Power Apps is a plus)
Exceptional content creation skills —able to produce clear, engaging, and visually appealing enablement materials
Outstanding communication and facilitation skills; confident presenting to both small groups and large audiences
Strong soft skills and presence —engaging, approachable, and able to sustain attention during live sessions
Experience managing or supporting internal communities or champions programs
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and content deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving AI and productivity landscape
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
