Senior Benefits Analyst – Traditional Benefits

Role Overview

• Manage the execution of various projects to support the on-going THD Benefits Strategy and Delivery.
• Identify, drive and participate in benefits strategy development and determining ROI for potential plan changes.
• Manage various projects end-to-end from development & documentation to implementation.
• Conduct competitive analyses as needed.
• Produce presentations for leadership team.
• Acts as a steward for the strategic vision, accountable for the integration of program/project work.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of THD business and develop a close working relationship with strategic business partners.
• Leverage trend data and knowledge of past experiences to identify opportunities to improve existing practices and generate practical solutions.
• Engage colleagues by asking thought-provoking questions; maintaining an open-minded attitude to generate possible solutions.
• Manage vendor performance on a continuous basis.
• Provide guidance to Benefits Administrator on escalated participant issues, eligibility, reporting, and bill payment.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong computer software skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS.
• 5 years' total work experience, with 3 years in traditional benefits.
• Strong Project Management skills and critical thinking skills.
• Multi-tasking and working in fast paced environment.
• Ability to develop rapport with client and maintain strong working relationships; successfully manages customer expectations.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
