About this role
Role Overview
Provide strategic and operational HR leadership to drive productivity, engagement and retention
Lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and compliance practices
Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and change management
Oversee core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, talent management and organizational effectiveness
Lead, develop, and coach HR Team
Serve as Fiduciary on the 401k plan
Lead Talent Management programs to promote performance management, succession planning and talent development
Champion policy development, implementation and enforcement of company-wide HR policies and procedures
Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources
15+ years of progressive and strategic HR leadership
Demonstrated experience leading and overseeing HR teams and driving strategic initiatives
Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits design, and employment law
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
HR certification preferred.
