Planning and supervision of engineering activities for customer projects
Provide technical leadership and act as the interface to order administration, partners, customers, GE Product Engineering, procurement, and engineering subcontractors
Design team management including technical leadership and task allocation
Define input data for project execution and manage the technical partners
Identify and correct schedule deviations
Implement design adjustments as part of complaint handling
Analyze customer requirements
Monitor and control the engineering schedule and documentation
Requirements
Degree in engineering (industrial engineering or similar also acceptable)
Several years of professional experience in turnkey/EPC projects
Experience in planning high-voltage electrical systems
Business-fluent German and English
Experience in team management
Understanding of project execution processes
Strong interpersonal skills
