About this role
Role Overview
Lead and develop the Pre-Sales Engineering and Tendering/Costing team.
Drive the development of winning technical solutions through proposal configuration.
Partner with regional commercial teams to translate customer needs into optimized technical and commercial offerings.
Collaborate with regional tendering teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Work closely with the Asset Management Product team to align solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Extensive experience in tendering, commercial operations, pre-sales, or related functions.
Strong technical and commercial background in transmission, distribution, and power generation.
Ability to travel up to 20% to support business needs.
Professional proficiency in English.
Additional language skills such as Spanish, French, Arabic, or others are considered a strong advantage.
