About this role
Role Overview
Manage the Chief Executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organising business engagements
Act as a key gatekeeper for the Chief Executive, prioritising and managing emails, requests, and information flow
Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and briefing materials as required
Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution of agreed outcomes
Perform other ad hoc duties as required to support senior leadership
Act as an authorised delegate for the Chief Executive in Workday to process and submit business expense claims
Organise leadership, management, and committee meetings, including coordination with speakers
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Workplace teams to prepare for quarterly Townhalls and Long Service Awards presentations
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant supporting senior management (GM, MD, CEO, or equivalent)
Experience in a corporate, regional, or fast‑paced environment is preferred
Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and seniority levels.
