Requirements
Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
5-7 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects
Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
Extensive knowledge of Excel
Extensive knowledge of FP&A processes and activities
Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's
Willingness to attend and present at orals
