Role Overview
- Serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role
- Spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases
- Project management and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations
- Overall practice development and mentorship of Coachees
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Workday Student Financials within higher education
- Proven leadership in large-scale Workday transformations
- Strategic mindset to align financial systems to institutional goals
- Strong understanding of higher education student financial operations
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and change management skills
- Current Workday Student and Student Financials certification
- Functional expertise in student financials systems, regulations and processes
- Exceptional advanced Excel skills (including modeling and macros)
- An MBA or other relevant advanced degree
- Expertise in HR and/or Financials function and processes
- Experience as a functional application specialist
- Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
- Strong analytical skills to translate meeting information into documentation
