Building and leading a world-class team, goal setting, assigning team members to programs and initiatives, and managing the ongoing allocation and performance of the team.
Manage third-party vendor relationships, contracts, and resources to meet staffing needs beyond core team.
Collaborate with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate the planning and execution of defined outcomes and priorities.

Wide and deep experience providing expert competence (Over 10 years to 15 years)
Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames (Over 10 years to 15 years)
Big Box retail experience (7-10 years)
Master's Degree or Equivalent Level
