Project Manager – ERP

Role Overview

YOU WILL

• Lead the delivery of ERP projects (Infor M3 CloudSuite), coordinating cross-functional, technical, and vendor teams;
• Own project planning, governance, execution, and reporting aligned with strategic transformation goals;
• Manage key workstreams including configuration, testing, data migration, and user enablement;
• Drive rollout of standardized processes across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance;
• Ensure compliance with data, integration, and lifecycle standards;
• Oversee risks, budgets, resources, and timelines in line with PMO practices;
• Deliver executive-level updates and steering committee materials;
• Support application governance and platform simplification, reducing legacy complexity;
• Align ERP initiatives with the broader digital roadmap and data strategy.

Requirements

YOU NEED

• 7+ years of experience in project/program management, including min. 3 years in ERP implementation or transformation;
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as Infor M3, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics;
• Solid understanding of business processes across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance (FMCG/food industry preferred);
• Proven experience managing ERP deployments including data migration, change management, and training;
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet);
• Strong skills in budgeting, resource planning, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder reporting;
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Relevant certification (PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe or similar) is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and IT stakeholders.
