Role Overview
Develop new customer relationships and manage your sales pipeline.
Operate autonomously within standard business hours while owning your schedule and sales strategy.
Proactively prospect and qualify inbound leads.
Provide consultative guidance to buyers regarding equipment options and purchase decisions.
Collaborate with teams including operations and logistics to ensure customer success.
Manage daily workflow while prioritizing tasks based on urgency and deal value.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or account management.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and hit quota-based targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative sales style.
Tech-savvy and experienced using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
High level of self-direction and time management.
Comfortable working within a defined workday (9am–5pm CST), while managing priorities and outcomes independently.
