About this role
Role Overview
You manage the entire sales process from first contact to long-term customer growth.
Own the full cycle from prospecting to close and drive long-term customer value
Run high-impact discovery & demo calls based on ICP pain points
Convert inbound leads into paying customers
Build and manage your own outbound pipeline
Reactivate opportunities and generate new meetings
Partner with Customer Success to drive retention and; expansion
Track, optimize, and improve your pipeline performance
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales (full-cycle preferred)
Experience in GTM (Go to Market), cold outreach, or agency environments is a strong plus (industry context matters more than specific tool experience)
Strong discovery skills, you know how to uncover real pain
You sell outcomes (pipeline, ROI), not features
Comfortable handling objections live and positioning against competitors
You thrive in a quota-driven environment and consistently perform
Data-driven, you track your funnel and optimize constantly
You take ownership of deals from first touch to expansion
You learn fast and don't wait to be trained
