Role Overview
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality HR services.
Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of the restaurant services group.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of HR data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce is attracted and retained.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
Manage employee relations, handling sensitive issues and conflicts with discretion and professionalism.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving HR processes and practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with overall business strategies.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in the food industry.
Proven leadership experience, having successfully led a team of at least 5 people.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
A results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving HR goals and objectives.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR issues.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
