The Branch Sales Manager supports a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives.
Responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services.
Provides mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals to maximize performance within their defined market.
Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory.
Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance and skill development.
Set a strong example for their team in areas of personal character and selling skills.
Monitor sales start rates through the key relationship with Operational Leadership.
Increase unit sales by implementing, teaching and enforcing company sales practices.
Works in the field with sales colleagues daily and maintains minimum sales activity requirements.

At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data
Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
