Design and develop generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), focusing on real business applications
Build end-to-end RAG pipelines (ingestion, processing, indexing, retrieval, and response generation)
Develop and orchestrate intelligent agents, including multi-agent scenarios and task-oriented workflows
Implement integrations between LLMs and enterprise systems via APIs, databases, and distributed services
Structure data pipelines for embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval
Evaluate, test, and optimize model and application performance (latency, cost, response quality)
Implement prompt engineering strategies and prompt versioning
Ensure engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and documentation
Apply governance, security, and usage controls in AI solutions
Automate flows and integrations using tools like n8n or similar when applicable

Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), including OpenAI or open-source models
Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar)
Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js (preferably with a focus on AI applications)
Experience integrating REST APIs and distributed systems
Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
Knowledge of building data pipelines and information processing for AI
Experience developing scalable, service-oriented applications
