Play a critical coordination and program support role in advancing the Employee and Labour Relations strategy.
Manage team operations, support collective bargaining processes, and coordinate union and labour management engagement.
Deliver data-informed insights and ensure alignment with institutional priorities, compliance requirements, and governance expectations.
Integrate project coordination, research reporting, and strategic support.
Be seen as an ambassador for Human Resources, Health, Safety, and Environment.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field; combinations of education and experience will be considered

3 years of progressively responsible experience in HR. Experience in a labour relations environment would be an asset.
Experience working in the public sector and unionized environment is an asset.
The incumbent should have the ability to independently research and seek out information
such as past practices, jurisdictional scans, and internal data gathering.
Proficiency in standard computer software and applications such as MS office suite or google.
Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and analytical skill; accuracy and attention to detail, results orientation, client responsiveness, teamwork and collaboration.
Excellent time management skills with the demonstrated ability manage multiple streams of work.
Ability to focus on mission critical work, consistently meet due dates in a demanding, fast-paced environment while maintaining superior accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive, professional, collaborative working relationships with both internal and external clients and stakeholders and all organizational levels.
