You will operate at CI&T's strategic and tactical levels, acting as the primary link between our global Artificial Intelligence offerings and the operations within client contracts across all regions where we operate.
Your mission goes beyond project management: you must ensure AI technology is operationalized with a strict focus on generating impact and perceived value for the client.
You will be the implementation lead—preparing the ground and enabling the operations team so they can execute autonomously after completing learning and success cycles.
Apply strategic thinking to scope definition and delivery prioritization, ensuring the project roadmap is always oriented toward optimizing value realization.
Lead the implementation of AI-based solutions, translating global offerings into the client's operational reality with flexibility and a critical perspective.
Serve as the primary operational point of contact, building and maintaining a trusted relationship with the client.
Lead and motivate the team, fostering a high-performance environment.
Manage the project with a Lean Leadership mindset, independently running the PDCA cycle based on internal and external metrics to ensure continuous improvement and tangible client-facing impact.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Resolve obstacles that arise during execution to maintain project momentum.
Act proactively to evaluate and drive value generation.
Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback to both the offerings governance team and the related product team.
Monitor progress against the plan, manage the budget (if applicable), and ensure proficiency in management tools (Jira, Azure, etc.).
Requirements
Fluent English.
Mastery of AI for Efficiency: Solid knowledge of the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem (GenAI, LLMs, and automation) and its impact on operational efficiency.
SDLC experience: Proficiency in mapping the software development lifecycle to identify operational gaps and opportunities to accelerate delivery through AI implementation and process improvement.
Multidisciplinary team leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams (direct reports or partners) in dynamic environments with high uncertainty.
Project management and tools: Advanced expertise in management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Analytical and strategic thinking: Ability to prioritize the backlog with a focus on ROI and business impact.
Risk management: Technical competence to anticipate problems and structure effective mitigation plans.
Enablement profile: Ability to document processes, create playbooks, and train teams to ensure operational sustainability and improvement.
Communication and negotiation: Excellence in articulating ideas and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
Conceptual knowledge of Value Realization frameworks.
Project management certifications (PMP, CSM) or related fields.
Previous experience in technology consulting or digital transformation projects.
