About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients throughout the full post-sale lifecycle
Lead scheduled business reviews with client stakeholders; present insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations
Track product usage analytics and proactively surface risks or adoption challenges
Partner cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve client issues
Identify meaningful upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving client needs
Own and execute the renewal strategy for assigned accounts
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within SaaS environments
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building abilities
Familiarity with supply chain workflows and SaaS platforms
Proven capability to analyse usage data, troubleshoot adoption gaps, and present actionable recommendations
Hands-on experience or exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) or transportation management platforms (TMS) is highly beneficial
