Foresite Cybersecurity is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary bridge between their Mid-Market clients and managed services. The role involves leading the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring customers maximize their investment in Google SecOps and Foresite’s MSSP offerings while driving long-term retention.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact, orchestrating communication between client stakeholders and Foresite’s delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Proactively manage account health metrics and conduct regular business reviews to ensure MSSP services meet established KPIs
- Align client business objectives with long-term protection and compliance goals, ensuring our delivery remains a high-value asset
- Own the full renewal lifecycle for Mid-Market accounts, identifying 'at-risk' signs early and developing strategic mitigation plans
- Deeply understand evolving security needs to identify opportunities for upselling additional Foresite services or Google SecOps features
- Provide structured feedback to Foresite leadership to help refine managed service offerings and the overall Mid-Market customer experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, specifically managing a portfolio of Mid-Market clients in the cybersecurity or SaaS space
- Solid understanding of managed security services (MSSP), including the value proposition of SIEM and SOAR concepts
- Expert at building rapport and maintaining long-term engagement with mid-level management and executive stakeholders (CISOs/IT Directors)
- Ability to interpret account health data to drive proactive outreach and creative problem-solving
- Familiarity or direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google SecOps
- Experience working within an MSSP environment or a deep understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape
- Exceptional ability to translate technical security outcomes into business value for non-technical stakeholders
