The Cake is a fast-growing Cognitive AI company seeking a Customer Success Manager who is ambitious and entrepreneurial. The role involves owning the full customer lifecycle, acting as a strategic advisor, driving platform adoption, and identifying upsell opportunities to ensure client success.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and first campaign activation to optimization, expansion, and long-term success
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients translate behavioral intelligence into high-performing campaigns
- Drive platform adoption, campaign performance, and revenue growth within your book of business
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Platform teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Identify upsell opportunities and turn customers into long-term growth partners
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Programmatic Media
- Strong understanding of DSPs, programmatic trading, and media activation workflows
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive measurable results
- Entrepreneurial spirit with high ambition and ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Have hands-on experience with retail media or major RMNs
- Are genuinely excited by AI and behavioral intelligence
