Support day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts (timelines, status reports, hot sheets, project routing) with a collaborative mindset
Collaborate with team members to maintain open communication and learn how to anticipate challenges and contribute to solutions
Assist with Workfront tasks, including project setup, tracking and reporting while building familiarity with project setup (planned hours) and processes
Supports programs totaling $1M-$2M. Upon growth in role, may manage up to $1M-$1.5M with oversight.
Support budget tracking and reporting, partnering with seasoned PM team members, Account and Finance to ensure accuracy and profitability.
Engage in mentorship and training opportunities to develop operational and cross departmental knowledge, strengthen collaboration skills, and grow as a project management professional

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred
1 plus years of experience in a professional environment, preferred
Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or related Life Sciences experience a plus
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating system
