Responsible for central projects with high relevance for the company’s further development
Actively shape topics from identifying relevant issues to sustainable implementation across the company
Lead or co-pilot special and development projects with clear accountability for results
Contribute to company-building topics across core building blocks such as operational processes, organizational structures, personnel, and IT/tools
Independently identify relevant fields of action based on qualitative and quantitative analyses and proactively initiate and advance topics
Provide substantive support to executive management in preparing important internal and external meetings and events
Collaborate with external partners on a project basis
Requirements
High level of personal responsibility and ownership for “your” topics – from idea to implementation
Strong 80/20 mindset with a focus on the essentials and pragmatic, effective solutions
Enjoy prioritizing topics independently, preparing decisions thoroughly, and implementing them
Confident handling of decision-making scope in a professional, fact-based environment
Initial relevant professional experience (approx. 1–2 years) in management consulting, in-house consulting, corporate development, or a comparable role
Very good analytical skills combined with a genuine hands-on mentality
Strong interest in entrepreneurial issues, business models and operational implementation
Structured, independent working style and clear communication
Confident presence when interacting with executive management, leaders and external partners
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
