Junior Sales Manager

Role Overview

• You take ownership of the entire sales process—not as a traditional salesperson, but as a consultant.
• You target HR decision-makers at small and medium-sized companies.
• You conduct structured discovery calls and understand where they truly stand in attracting new talent.
• You develop tailored pitches instead of one-size-fits-all solutions and guide the process through to closing.
• You prepare proposals, follow up consistently, and keep everything accurately recorded in Pipedrive.

Requirements

• You have initial experience in sales or client-facing roles, whether through vocational training, university, internships, or early-career jobs.
• Ideally 1 to 2 years of experience.
• A commercial/business apprenticeship is a plus but not required.
• You are motivated to improve and grow.
• You want to understand what your counterpart needs.
• Fluent German; English is an advantage.
