About this role
Role Overview
Structure and manage the OHS indicator model, categorizing indicators as: Proactive (execution, discipline and adherence to processes), Reactive (result indicators and incident rates) and Predictive (trend analysis and emerging risks).
Define critical variables, data sources and alert criteria for each indicator, ensuring the integrity of performance analysis.
Manage and extract intelligence from platforms such as SIS, SGI, LegNet, Diário de Bordo, E-Vias, etc.
Support the management of compliance and updates to internal and corporate procedures within the SoftExpert platform, creating indicators and analyses to ensure regulatory intelligence is aligned with practice.
Develop dynamic dashboards aimed at executive management and operational micro-management.
Provide specialized technical support on indicators and analysis of deviation and incident investigation reports, using data analysis to identify systemic recurrences and coverage gaps.
Support monitoring of action plans, evaluating process performance and the actual effectiveness of control measures.
Provide committees/commissions with behavioral indicators that can demonstrate safety culture maturity.
Translate operational events into preventive alerts that support the safety strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related fields (specialization in OHS preferred).
Power BI proficiency: Intermediate/advanced level, with proven ability to build relational data models and transform raw datasets into performance dashboards (not just visualization).
Advanced Excel: Proficient with pivot tables, complex formulas and handling large volumes of data.
Desirable differentiators: Specialist in SGI/ISO 45001; deep knowledge enabling auditing of processes from a continuous improvement (PDCA) perspective.
