Promoting global communication in the area of digitalization at Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) with a focus on digital transformation management, SAP solutions, and the VLS digital foundation
Defining, coordinating, and implementing communication activities using selected channels (intranet, Teams channels)
Working closely with various teams to coordinate, harmonize, and create content (intranet articles, newsletters, advertising materials, notifications, event information etc.) from the various digitalization areas and projects for internal communication within the global organization
Collaborating with global and regional communication teams to prepare and publish articles on selected strategically relevant topics
Continuous development of communication channels in the digitalization area
Support for the development of the communication plan in the area of digitalization at Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field
Excellent English skills and good German skills, both written and spoken
Initial experience in corporate communications, public relations, and/or change management is an advantage
Ideally, initial experience with Microsoft365 Suite, especially PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Viva Engage, Outlook, and Teams
Strong communication and empathy skills as well as the ability to work in a team
High level of creativity, as well as enthusiasm for customer focus and digitalization
