Role Overview
- Categorize financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks
- Maintain and reconcile financial records
- Manage and update books using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Work with Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Ensure all financial data is clean, organized, and up to date
- Assist with accounts receivable as needed
- Communicate regularly with the business owner regarding financial updates
