Apply the company’s commercial strategy for its product portfolio
Meet sales targets (volume in cases and/or sales revenue)
Achieve product listing objectives (new product launches, assortment changes)
Prevent and address out-of-stocks across the product portfolio
Deliver promotional objectives: from leaflet re-selling to in-store promotional displays
Optimize product visibility on shelf and in off-shelf placements
Report and/or have pricing anomalies corrected
Make optimal use of all available retail sales and merchandising tools
Cover the store network according to target visit frequency
Build local coverage and relationships with retail customers/distributors
Relay internal and external information to the relevant stakeholders
Participate in commercial/sales meetings
Proactively propose ideas for continuous improvement
Requirements
Degree in business or commercial studies (equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5)
Previous experience in mass retail (supermarkets/hypermarkets)
Strong interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills
Results-oriented mindset
Competitive drive and a taste for challenges
