Role Overview
- Lead and govern quality management for Power Supply, PCB, and PDL hardware commodities
- Ensure vendor-supplied components exceed Cisco’s rigorous technical standards
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues
- Use data analytics and AI to implement quality frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and supplier assessments
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent
- 2-5 years of Supply Chain experience (hardware commodities preferred)
- 2-5 years of Supplier Quality Management experience
- 1-3 years of project management experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with RCA, CAPA, 8D, and failure analysis
- Working knowledge of quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (speaking and writing)
