Respond to communication from both internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner
Manage orders and process credits on time and accurately
Consult with Distribution Centers and Carriers to resolve issues
Use product and process knowledge (which will be taught) to resolve relevant issues
Continuously working to improve levels of service tailored to individual customers
Download weekly orders and manipulate fulfilled orders via MS Excel
Work with customer portals to manage query resolution

Fluent English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP is highly desirable
Prior experience in customer service role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic, growing organization
