Lead the design of modern data architectures (Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Medallion, etc.) for analytical and operational environments;
Work closely with engineering, BI, Data Science, and Generative AI teams to ensure technical cohesion and alignment with business objectives;
Define standards for data modeling, ingestion, processing, and data governance;
Support the construction of scalable pipelines using DataOps and CI/CD practices;
Make technical decisions based on hands-on data engineering experience;
Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on tool selection and best practices;
Engage with business stakeholders and client executive teams to recommend appropriate and sustainable solutions.

Proven experience in data architecture / pre-sales for high-complexity projects;
Strong data engineering background with hands-on experience in ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and deployment of pipelines;
Proficiency in data modeling (relational, dimensional, and event-driven models);
Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem tools:
Azure Data Factory
Azure Synapse Analytics
Azure Data Lake
Azure SQL / SQL Server
Power BI
Purview, Fabric (desirable);
Knowledge of data governance practices, LGPD (Brazilian data protection law), data lineage, and cataloging;
Ability to provide technical leadership for multidisciplinary squads;
Good communication skills and a product-oriented mindset.
