About this role
Role Overview
Provide proactive engagement for small to mid-size district partners
Own long-term retention and relationship-building with K-12 decision-makers
Lead the renewal process and secure timely contract renewals
Facilitate Executive Business Reviews to show how ClassDojo drives results
Build data-driven account plans and leverage customer feedback for growth
Collaborate with Success and Implementation team to deliver cohesive support
Requirements
5+ years of some combination of Sales, Account Management, or Renewal management in K-12 Education Technology
Proven experience expanding networks within organizations to include executive stakeholders and strategic contacts.
Proven experience gathering referrals, closing renewals and expansions, navigating procurement, legal, and budget processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders.
High empathy and emotional intelligence: ability to understand customer goals and find workable solutions to their needs.
Ability to learn new technology and products quickly and comfortable with products such as SFDC, Notion, and Asana.
Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a portfolio of ~40-60 accounts.
