About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate the Influence and Production areas of the Social Media team for Digital Products;
Lead influencer marketing campaigns for Globoplay and Globo’s sports and non-sports channels;
Work in partnership with other leaders on the conception, planning and management of brand launch and maintenance projects;
Manage the Production team, responsible for the entire execution chain: pre-production, on-site operations and post-production;
Ensure the delivery of original content and coverage of major events for the ecosystem’s profiles;
Lead the budget management for influencer campaigns and production projects.
Requirements
Experience in Influencer Marketing, with solid knowledge of the creator economy and the influencer market, acting strategically to connect brands and creators;
Experience in planning and overseeing audiovisual content productions, with proficiency in all stages of the process from creative conception to execution and final delivery;
Knowledge of storytelling development, able to turn ideas, information and data into strategic, relevant and creative narratives for different platforms;
Experience analyzing social media metrics, using data and performance indicators to support strategic decision-making and optimize results;
Experience creating and proposing creative solutions aligned with social media languages, trends and references, ensuring cultural relevance and engagement;
A profile that is consistently attentive to news, insights and market movements, contributing to a bold, innovative brand positioning that is connected to digital transformations;
Experience preparing strategic PowerPoint presentations, with clear narrative, organized information and business-focused objectives;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, applied to analysis, organization and tracking of data and indicators;
Experience managing budgets for campaigns and productions, ensuring financial control, cost efficiency and resource optimization;
Experience in leadership and people development, with direct responsibility for managing, engaging and growing teams;
Collaborative work style, curious and tuned into constant market changes, actively contributing in multidisciplinary environments;
Advanced English communication, with the ability to conduct professional interactions, presentations and analyses in the language;
Prior experience working with influencer agencies in the market.
