Role Overview
- Maintain continuous communication with the advertising business area, translating their needs into clear product solutions;
- Be responsible for managing the systems under your leadership, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution;
- Define priorities and monitor the evolution of products, focusing on continuous improvements and planning next steps;
- Maintain ongoing communication and alignment with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and agile practitioners;
- Perform executive-level communication, reporting status and results to area leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Strong ability to organize processes and set priorities, ensuring focus on what generates the most value;
- Excellent, clear, and objective communication, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels;
- Ease in articulating different perspectives, promoting alignment and balanced decision-making;
- Previous experience in product management, acting as a Product Owner or in similar roles;
- Product Ownership certification (or willingness to obtain one) will be considered;
- Ability to lead strategic alignments, influence decisions, and sustain directions based on product goals;
- Forward-looking vision to guide continuous product evolution, balancing immediate needs with medium
- and long-term objectives;
- Experience managing and prioritizing a backlog using clear, value-oriented criteria for both the business and the user;
- Ability to translate strategy into structured roadmaps with well-defined objectives, deliverables, and metrics;
