Role Overview
- Translate priorities into project plans with clear milestones, resources, and risk mitigation
- Build and maintain templates, tools, and SOPs
- Drive and manage program logistics including communications, registration, evaluations, and feedback collection
- Support execution of key initiatives like new employee orientation
- Lead needs analysis to identify opportunities and design plans to reach the desired future state
- Engage subject matter experts and stakeholders to inform the design and development of learner-centered programs
- Deliver clear, timely communication and project updates
Requirements
- 6+ years in a Learning and Development or Organizational Development role
- Relevant experience or education in change management, organizational development, or learning and development
- Experience in modern delivery mechanisms such as microlearning or in the flow of work adoption
- Experience with ADDIE, SAM or similar methodologies
- LMS administration experience
- Project Management Experience managing high-visibility projects
